Experience Paradise
The Komune Hotel is designed for the ultimate fitness and health experience. Offering everything you need to recharge: yoga shalas, a fully-equipped gym, a state-of-the-art recovery center, a day spa, two health-focused restaurants, and a stunning beach club, ranked among the top 5 in Asia!
Savor delicious meals daily, from a fresh seafood to amazing local cuisine, every meal has been designed by their in house chef & you'll find yourself wanting to try almost everything.
There will be 10+ activities and training sessions over the retreat - including Strength sessions, outdoor conditioning sessions, yoga, Hyrox inspired workouts & much more. We'll head to a local gym in Sanur (Crossfit Paradise) for a crossfit style workout this will be followed by optional free time to shop or explore the local area.

✈️ Are Flights Included in the Retreat Price?
No, flight costs are the responsibiity of each individual.
🎁 What’s Included in Your Bali Retreat?
Your accommodation, daily team training sessions at Hotel Komune Gym or oval, 3 meals per day + a drink with each meal.
🚫 What’s Not Included in the Package?
Transport to and from the hotel, flights, alcohol, any additional room service outside the 3 daily meals, massage or spa treatments, 3 optional activities will be a small additional cost as well.
🛂 Will I Need a Visa for Bali?
When travelling on an Australian passport you can apply for a ‘visa on arrival’. Different nationality? check your travel requirements to visit Bali.
🥗 Can You Accommodate Dietary Requirements?
Yes, we can accomodate: vegetarian, vegan, most allergies and gluten free requirements.
👥 Can I Join Solo or Book With Friends?
Absolutely you can come solo with us. We’ve had many participants on our retreats love the adventure of ‘me time’. Want a roomie to reduce costs? We’ll match up your accomodation and pair you with a like-minded soul. Want to travel in a group. Let us know and we can ensure you are hooked up together.
💳 Can I Pay the Deposit or Balance in Instalments?
We have available payment plan for as low as $101 per week or $201 per fortnight. Payment plan is will be $50 more from the original price.
