The Komune Hotel is designed for the ultimate fitness and health experience. Offering everything you need to recharge: yoga shalas, a fully-equipped gym, a state-of-the-art recovery center, a day spa, two health-focused restaurants, and a stunning beach club—ranked among the top 5 in Asia!
Savor delicious meals daily, from a fresh seafood to amazing local cuisine, every meal has been designed by their in house chef & you'll find yourself wanting to try almost everything.
There will be 10+ activities and training sessions over the retreat - including Strength sessions, outdoor conditioning sessions, yoga, hikes & much more. We have increased our 'crossfit' style sessions to three, at the local gym in Sanur (Crossfit Paradise) this will be followed by optional free time to shop or explore the local area.
We've got 3 optional activities planned:
- Day Trip to Nusa Lembogan*
- Ebiking Tour through Ubud*
- Waterfall Hike & Swim*
All this along with plenty of free time to create your own adventures and memories.
Optional activities will be a small additional cost*

When travelling on an Australian passport you can apply for a ‘visa on arrival’. Different nationality? check your travel requirements to visit Bali.
I have special dietary needs. Can this be accomodated?
Yes, we can accomodate: vegetarian, vegan, most allergies and gluten free requirements.
Can I come solo? Also, can I book with friends?
Absolutely you can come solo with us. We’ve had many participants on our retreats love the adventure of ‘me time’. Want a roomie to reduce costs? We’ll match up your accomodation and pair you with a like-minded soul. Want to travel in a group. Let us know and we can ensure you are hooked up together.
Do I need to participate in the 12 Week Transformation prior to the Bali Trip?
Short answer is no! Longer answer; if you want to get the most out of our week together it would be benefifial to take some classes with us. Let us know what you need and we’ll set up a membership for you.
Are flights included in the pricing?
No, flight costs are the responsibiity of each individual.
